Intercom + Discord
Hi all,
Got an idea that I'm considering worth checking.
Embed a live chat on the landing page similar to Intercom, where visitor can talk not only 1 to 1 to customer support, but with another visitors at the same time, like discord room.
It's a sort of a different experience for users on your website, and can improve customer feedback in a different ways.
Obviously, there is a lot of side effects and risks, but generally what you guys think about it?
I thought about this for one of my products. Decided against it since only one person had a use case which was a pretty weak use case in my opinion and they weren't willing to pay.
