Went live with our first product's landing page: getmylistings.com
Single property websites for real estate agents, as simple as possible.
The current landing page is basically an IC for the idea. (r/mk anyone?)
Current goal is creating an email list for finding some alpha/beta testers. The form sends out a confirmation with a link to a survey. Feature list is pretty shallow as we distill our research and hone in on what is most valuable to the folks we're building for.
We're sending it out via personal networks and word of mouth, have yet to do any ads. Any feedback is appreciated!
Two things hit me when I view this.
"No builders". My mind instantly goes to construction "builders". I was trying to figure out how you were creating homes without "builders".
"Get Notified". Feels more like a mailing list than registering for the launch. I may be wrong but if feels like you might be better off offering an "Early Access Registration" or something along those lines. I don't want to register to be notified, but if I can be part of an exclusive early access club I might be more tempted to register at that point!
Awesome. My web brain thought "builder" as in "website builder" because "everyone knows that, right?" 🙈
Will be sure to update the CTA text as well. Thank you!
Clean, I like the color combination, highlighting SIMPLIFIED def stands out (perhaps period instead of , and then just "Simple"?).
Maybe the silouette of the computer could be an actual image of the computer, I think it might help people more easily identifying they will get their home shown on a computer just as it appears in the image.
No functionality when clicking, just zoom, but can imagine that is what is meant to be right now, right?
Neat and clean, like it!
I'll look into some other mockups. Truth be told, I hadn't ever done CSS only device frames, and the CodyHouse framework (https://codyhouse.co/ds/get-started) added them recently. Too easy to not use, ha. But definitely a good point though, esp for the people we're aiming to support.
Correct on the zoom functionality. It's a static mockup for the time being. As MVP gets solidified, I'll whip up a video and a live example.
Thanks a bunch!
My pleasure!
I would love knowing your opinion about our home page:

My only feedback is that your form is a little low on the page. You might get a better conversion rate if it was higher up. Really cool idea though!
Ah, good thought. I'll be sure to play around with where it's placed. And thanks!
