Interested in learning how the most successful companies attract and retain their customers?

I am working on a blog where in each post I take a company and dissect how it grows. We try to understand the why behind the things that work to get a more holistic understanding of how we can grow our own products.

Topics we will cover:

• How do companies get their customers? (virality, paid, content, sales)
• How do companies retain and engage their customers? (activation, retention, network effects)
• How do dynamics change depending on the product and their commercial model?

I was thinking about starting with Notion. And then follow with different kinds of commercial models such as Enterprise, Consumer etc.
