International Money Transfer - Cheapest options out there?

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I have 3-5 contractors overseas and I have to pay them monthly. I am transferring $5-$10k AUD every month. I have been using worldremit for past couple of months but just realised today that their exchange rate is not the best. What do you guys use to transfer funds? I looked into transferwise (now wise.com) but their fees are quite hight but exchange rate is pretty good.

Is there a tool that you use to compare the exchange rate across various platforms? Perhaps this is a problem that needs solving?

    wise is great for high amounts
    might want to compare to ofx (IIRC correctly better for smaller amounts) and payoneer (more payments services than just conversions)

      payoneer has a pretty bad rep. i use transferwise. unbeatable so far. fast, reliable with great support.
