Interview with the Founder of SeedLegals (the man behind the BBC iPlayer)!

Last week, I recorded a short interview with Anthony Rose, Founder and CEO of SeedLegals, and the man behind the BBC iPlayer (!!), on how Pretty Prompt was born and our journey so far.

And we did it in one shot! No editing or rehearsal, nothing. Just a real, honest conversation. Here's the full interview: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/ilaiszp_big-shoutout-to-anthony-and-seedlegals-for-activity-7364268617405763584-GnMw/

For context, Pretty Prompt is a Chrome Extension that helps improve your prompts in one click. Link below.

It reminded me of the real reason Pretty Prompt exists:

We weren’t trying to start a company.
We were just stuck.

Out of that stuck moment, something clicked.
Now: 7,000+ people using Pretty Prompt, 55,000+ prompts improved, a 4.9/5 rating on Chrome, and it still feels surreal.

The things you build to solve your own pain often end up resonating with others the most. That’s the beauty of software. And we love it.

While writing this update, I came across a great line in a First Round Capital article:

“Taste may look effortless, but underneath the hood, there are many finely-tuned gears cranking in unison.”

That’s what I’m most grateful for. Keeping our values at the forefront:
Customers - Product - Craft - Focus - Care.

The rest will come.
