The content is interesting. It's definitely the kind of podcast i would try out.

    Some feedback for you..

Audio issues: I can hear cups being put down (I think?). There's some clipping and inconsistencies like hissing. The episode is introduced by a male voice, then at around 4min in this female British voice suddenly asks a question? Between the editing and the sound quality, it can be difficult to settle in and engage fully.

A structure might help you and to consider some narration. Have a quick listen to this... https://www.oreilly.com/content/julie-stanford-on-vetting-designs-through-rapid-experimentation/

There's a clear start where the main points of the episode are outlined. The actual audio on the O'Reilly podcast isn't great, but the pace is good.

Most important- keep going, record more episodes!

This episode had great content and having the founders of Tally was awesome because their experiences were something I wanted to hear. I think the intro can be better by introducing both founders and having them say something about themselves? The audio quality was average but I think it's always content over everything! I've subscribed to try this out.
