When I first started thinking about ADHDhelp, I wanted to build something that spoke directly to the frustrations and triumphs I’ve felt as a person living with ADHD. There’s so much advice out there—some of it useful, some of it just noise. My goal was to create a simple, accessible space where people could come for real insights, free of judgment or confusing jargon.
ADHDhelp grew from my own experiences—endless online searches, trial-and-error coping strategies, and moments of feeling overwhelmed by all the labels attached to ADHD. I realized that many of the tips and self-assessments I stumbled upon were either too generic or lacked empathy. That’s why ADHDhelp isn’t stuffed with complicated task managers or schedules. Instead, it focuses on essential guidance, a free ADHD self-assessment, and practical suggestions I’ve learned through living with these challenges every single day.
If you’re looking for a supportive environment where people genuinely understand what it’s like to live with ADHD, I hope ADHDhelp can be that place. It’s still evolving, and I’m constantly gathering feedback to make sure it remains a helpful tool. Thanks for joining me on this journey, and I hope the resources you find here make a real difference in your day-to-day life.
