Today is a special day for me.

A few months ago, I noticed a frustrating problem—talented people were getting rejected, not because they lacked skills, but because their resumes weren’t optimized for ATS systems. I saw friends apply to hundreds of jobs and hear nothing back. It didn’t feel right.

That’s when the idea for HireLens was born.

I wanted to build something simple but powerful—an AI tool that helps job seekers understand what’s missing in their resumes and how to improve them based on real job descriptions.
