Hey everyone! I’m part of the team behind Paio, and I’m excited (and a little nervous) to finally share it with this community.
As a solo founder/small team member, I found myself spending hours every week on repetitive tasks—sorting through data, managing basic workflows, and jumping between tabs. I wanted something that didn't require a 20-step Zapier setup just to handle a simple logical task.
Paio is an AI-powered automation bot designed to act as a digital "teammate." Unlike traditional automation tools that are strictly "if-this-then-that," Paio uses LLMs to understand context, making it much better at handling tasks that aren't perfectly structured.
I believe that "lean" shouldn't mean "overworked." I built Paio to give hours back to creators so they can focus on high-level strategy instead of manual data entry.
We are currently in [Beta/Early Access]. I’m looking for honest feedback from other Indie Hackers:
Is the onboarding flow intuitive?
What’s the one repetitive task you wish you could offload today?
I’d love for you to check it out at Paio.bot and let me know what you think!
