Your best line is right here in this post, and it is nowhere on your homepage: "accounting accessible for everyone, not just accountants." That is the whole wedge. Your homepage H1 is "Smarter accounting," which is the exact promise Xero already owns, and it drops a small challenger into a head-to-head with the biggest accounting brand in Australia on the one axis it cannot win.
The line from this post wins by default instead. Xero is built for accountants and it is overkill for a sole trader who just wants invoices, expenses and BAS handled without hiring anyone, which is exactly who you say you built this for. "Built for sole traders, not accountants" is a fight Xero cannot follow you into. Put it on the homepage where "smarter accounting" is now.
One note beyond this post: your site also splits into Sole App and Sole Practice, small businesses and accounting firms, on the same page. This post is sharp precisely because it talks to one buyer. Let the homepage do the same, and give the firms their own door. Which one is actually driving signups today?

Accounting tools win or lose on trust + specificity, not features. “Simple bookkeeping” is a crowded promise—but the real leverage usually comes from removing one painful local constraint (tax rules, reporting format, or industry-specific workflows) better than general-purpose tools.
