Introducing VanillaSky: Create ready-to-go AI video Ads in seconds
Back in 2006, I worked at an ad agency where creating a single video ad took weeks and cost a fortune. Fast forward to today, my partner and I have leveraged the latest AI and video generation technology to build VanillaSky.ai—a tool that generates ready-to-go video ads 1,000 times faster and cheaper than agencies.
This is our MVP release, and while we’re continually improving, we believe it’s already a great fit for many businesses.
How it works:
- Start by providing information about your business, uploading your logo, and specifying what you’d like to promote.
- VanillaSky uses AI to generate multiple video ads in different styles and aspect ratios.
- Preview the fully finished video ads and select your favorites. Making changes is optional and really simple if needed.

How it’s different
Unlike platforms like Canva that offer templates for you to customize, VanillaSky does everything for you. It saves you the time and effort of searching for the right template and customizing it. We provide fully finished, ready-to-use video ads.

We currently generate about ten videos but are rapidly expanding VanillaSky with more styles, animations, memes, and music. We’re iterating quickly and focusing on adding new video content. Is this just an API wrapper?
The power of the technology is that we can generate "unlimited" ready-to-go videos in seconds. Instead of other vendors like Canva or Capcut where you first need to select one template and go from there. The AI we use is now to generate the copy. Next up we are working on using AI to combine the right assets (video, music and animations) and recommend the right video for your use case. We don't have the ambition to create our own LLM for actual video generation, maybe for animations at some point..
Any companies that we know of that have used this? Would love to see sample videos :)

It depends on what kind of videos you are looking for. If you want to promote Shadow with some fun social video ad it can definitely work. Please try it out and if you are interested in a particular video I can likely add it for you as a template.
