I've been spending a lot of time studying how startups get their first users.
Not the usual ''post on every platform and hope something works" approach.
I'm more interested in where specific audiences already spend time, what problems they talk about, and what kind of content actually gets people to stop scrolling and respond.
A lot of startups have good products but struggle with visibility.
Sometimes the problem isn't the product.
Sometimes the product is simply being shown to the wrong people, in the wrong place, or in a way that feels too promotional.
I'll be sharing some of the things I've learned about community marketing, Reddit, SaaS growth, and finding the right audiences.
