Introduction to New Moderator

As you know, we've been looking for a new moderator.

Finally, after some time, @ayushchat has stepped up to the plate. Here's a little intro from him and why he's interested in moderating this group 😄

Hi everyone!

My name is Ayush and I am a full-time software engineer and part-time content creator. I write two weekly newsletters and write info products and ebooks. I also do freelance copywriting.

Why I'm interested in moderating this group

I feel there is huge potential for content creators to support each other on IH. They can support and critique each other's work, help each other grow. It is hard for creators to find healthy support on other platforms like Reddit or HN. IH has the right vibes, plenty of software developers help each other out in other groups on IH. I feel content creators can do the same in this group. I plan to increase engagement in the group by regularly prompting people to share their work and also encouraging them to provide constructive feedback to each other. Also share relevant news and information around content creation.
