Introductory Website to Survey!

Hi there! I have been working on the idea of dynamic digital receipts for a while. Before working on app and software I wanted to check if there is a market for it. So I created an introductory website and attached a google form for a survey in it. Check out the site www.evojar.com I would highly appreciate if you can also take the survey as I need at least 500 response to get fair data.
