Invoice management software for an entrepreneur

I tried handling this with a pdf folder and a sheet for a while, and the part that broke wasnt marking paid, it was noticing which invoice had gone quiet long enough to chase. For incoming AP I'd compare Bill.com or HeppiPay first, and I'm building ChaseFlow for the overdue follow-up slice once money is owed. If reports matter, id bias toward the tool with the cleanest status timeline, not just OCR.

Hey @shortgiraffe. I'm working on a Invoicing SaaS application. I have faced issue from my previous start up and have heard from a few folks about the lack of a good invoicing application.

I'm curious, what do you mean by invoice management software (as opposed to a software that actually does the invoicing). I ask this as you mention "Upload invoice pdf..."

Curious to understand your problem better.

I still do not attract me very much of all the stuff because I seem quite risky if you do not have all the necessary knowledge accumulated. And I look after the experience of other acquaintances who had such a problem, and I would not want to fall into the same gap. That's why I'm studying a minor detail to be more quickly. For example, I have now arrived at Business Cash Flow Issues, and I realize where most can not solve the problem. But when I want to do more practice, I will call you with the questions that will appear.

I recently had a client that used https://www.bill.com/ which seems to do this. As well as the ability to send invoices as a freelancer.
