Is a UI and UX review something founders are looking for?
Hi everyone. UX designer here 👋 I've been working as a UX and UI designer in the corporate world for years but have found a lot of joy designing for SaaS recently.
Is a UI and UX review service or product something founders would need or want at any stage of your SaaS?

Perhaps a very simple answer - it depends :) Mostly UX-maturity of the founder. Do they even know what a UX review entails? From my work with engineers, they still think UX = UI which is complete nonsense. I do not tell you that, but we still hear the sentence "can you fix the UI quickly please" and all the mystical issues with users gone?! Sadly not. It's more complicated than that.
I believe some SaaS founders think they can cover UX themselves, whereas in fact they can't because they are not trained and experienced UXers. Curious to learn what the other think...
