Is anyone actually ingesting public notice data?

Long time lurker here.

I recently realized that public notices are still being distributed in a super ancient way. In local papers. Of course they are online, but they are not event aggregated by county and usually it is a giant text blob requiring a real person to read it and parse it.

It is actually quite a gold mine of information. Probate notices, lien notices, foreclosure sales. It all seem like information that could benefit real estate agents, potential creditors, etc

I spent 4 days whipping together a landing page and a dashboard of normalized data. By normalizing I mean extracting the parties involved and the type of notice it is. But I'm too sure where to go from here. Any one have any ideas on where this can go? Or where this could actually be useful?
