Is anyone aware of a free platform that files and distributes 1099-NEC?

Have three people I need to send 1099-NEC's to. I know there are some platforms you pay for to generate and distribute the forms to the correct parties, but wondering if anyone is aware of a free platform to do this. Thanks!
