Is anyone building an app specifically for iPad Pro?

I was wondering if anyone is focusing on building an app which is targeting iPad Pro specifically?

Some highly successful friends of mine (entrepreneurs, investors, etc.) have been migrating to iPad Pro exclusively (from PCs and Macs) for its <quote>insanely great UX</quote> and I was wondering about an opportunity here – apps which employ Pro's power (software or hardware) and deliver a premium experience for people who are generally willing to pay for it.
