Is CRM completely solved?
I have been looking to build something in this area, but the market seems to be over saturated. So I thought it would be a good discussion topic.
Do you think CRM is completely solved and it’s not worth the effort building a new one?
It seems like Salesforce gets the job done for big companies, HubSpot for smaller ones and PipeDrive for individuals. The remaining ones fill the gap between these three.
I think CRM as an abstract is solved but really salesforce seems like a great product to be "unbundled" i.e. CRMs for specific niches. I have a friend working on something similar in the dental sector and its proving incredibly popular!
