Is crowdfunding good for founders (and investors)?

Recorded my Twitter Spaces conversation with @tylertringas and @Shpigford about crowdfunding, and other new funding options for small tech companies.

Topics we covered:

• Why is crowdfunding happening now?
• What are the advantages for founders?
• Are crowdfunding investors really on equal footing with more traditional investors?
• What's stopping a founder from taking capital from a crowdfunding campaign "off the table?" Should they be allowed to?
