Is Dribbble dead?

This is far from the first time this has been asked — in fact, it was first brought up eight years ago, and then again in 2017.

It's hard to deny the Dribbble experience has gradually gotten worse over the years — it seems they are more focused on monetization than community these days. Their site once was the "go-to" when it came to design inspiration:

Perhaps the last straw to break was the Dribbble feed, which is now basically "pay-to-play," featuring less than two non-Pro/Team accounts for every 16+ posts, even on "New & Noteworthy" pages.

So, what do y'all think — is Dribbble dead? And if so, what's next?

Is Dribbble dead?
  1. Yes
