Is Fruition + Notion Bad with SEO?

Is anyone else having trouble with Fruition doing well on the SEO front?

I run a personal website with Notion using Fruition, and currently the website is on the 3rd page of Google Results when I search my name up.

The domain's been set up with Google Analytics, and the lighthouse audit for the website is average (34 performance, 64 accessibility, 93 best practices, 91 SEO)

Has anyone got any advice on how to fix this and get my personal website on top of the listings? Or should I just give up on using Notion as a website builder?

    I am using nextjs + vercel + notion with this template https://github.com/transitive-bullshit/nextjs-notion-starter-kit

    It is fast. Fruition loads all notionso scripts so the page is very slow.
