Is "Growth" product a product a small business would buy?

I work on growth product at a high growth startup which is essentially a set of things , platforms, features and tools that our startup uses to acquire and engage customers. My focus is not just the technology but also the tests, campaigns and all the product marketing that happens on top of these systems. I've now learnt that doing what we do is super valuable but also inaccessible to most other companies and small businesses.

I'm trying to understand if there is a market for "buying" product marketing for small and medium businesses given that everyone wants to grow their business, might have the know how on marketing and growth but not have time or resources to do so.

This on the surface seems a lot like consulting but I'm thinking of a couple of ideas around paid/organic acquisition and engagement which can be productized and sold as a "product" instead of a consulting.

Thoughts?

I'd pay for that if it worked. In fact I'd be willing to invest an unlimited amount so long as the ROI stayed positive.
