Is Intercom worth it?

I've just added this tool back to https://sheet2api.com to see if there's any ROI from the increased customer interaction.

What is the experience with it for people here, did your revenue increase as a result of using Intercom?

I'm aware there are cheaper alternatives but wanted to try out first and can adjust afterwards and re-measure

Is Intercom worth it? (At 74 USD/month)

Only if you have the support needs for such a product. If you get hundred of emails a day, you can consider a dedicated product. But if you have almost none, optimizing your stack with a deep product like Intercom is kind of pointless. A gmail inbox can suffice.

For your specific needs and product, the ideal tool is https://doks.ai.

This platform enables you to create an AI support bot that is trained on your website and documentation.

The most significant advantage is that the AI can answer up to 80% of support questions related to your product or documentation, eliminating the need for constant human intervention via live chat.

You can check it out at: https://doks.ai

I wouldn't say it will increase your revenue. It is great support tool though, much better than email, so i'd say it is worth it.
At Seodity we've had many different chats, but intercom is the only one our users don't complain about.
