Is it considered spam when a user writes about a problem and we offer him in replies a solution based on our product, for example, a blog article when all steps to solve the problem described?
I don't know about Twitter policies. But, as a Twitter user, I don't mind such cold mentions from vendors, as long as the resource they provide is a very close or perfect match of the question I ask or issue I mention.
I remember a similar question being asked on StackOverflow. One of the answers I got went like this:
If your product is the "right answer", it doesn't make a difference if you are the one mentioning it or someone else. If however all you do is mentioning your product on every answer, maybe you are on the site for the wrong reasons.
This might be a bit different for Twitter, or other social media, but I thought it would be interesting to mention.

Thanks for your response!
