Is it easy to understand the purpose of the product from the landing page?

I'm not sure I'm the target group, which is why I don't understand, but I had to read a lot to understand the product. I didn't know the SOP abbreviation until I looked it up, which made me think I was not the target group.
However, I would A/B test your H1 to something like:
Create a guide for your colleagues
Create step-by-step guides
Create SOPs in minutes, not hours
And the same with the text under. You can use a simple tool like abtesting.ai for it.
I feel that overall your landing page is missing to point the finger at the pinpoint. You're mentioning what your tool can do, which is excellent. But if there was a sentence like: Do you want to save time creating guides? - Or: Are you tired of spending too much time creating guides?
Then I would be able to resonate a lot more with the product.
I hope it makes sense. It's my initial thoughts 🙋♂️

It is more geared towards, the easy creation of instructions. But yeah, there is some similarity to process.st.
You're right, I should find the "need" for the service.
Does the first image help you understand, what the app does?
What thoughts some to mind first, when you open the landing page?
