Is it good to go with using the bootstrap html template instead of react or angular or any other modern framework?

I am wondering if it's still okay to opt the bootstrap template for frontend?

Since today's everyone is obsessed with using the new technology framework mainly what I have heard is react, angular etc.

Let me know your remarks upon this.
