Is it legal as a news aggregator to display part of the content too?
Say your aggregator has an article, can you show like a snippet or two from the article or thats considered a form of piracy and can get you in legal trouble?
Again snippet, as in a little piece, not copy&paste the whole thing in your site.
And of course with a link to the original site.
It's easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
99% of the time you are going to be fine to do this. When that 1% occurs just let them know you will remove them as a source. Most won;t do that as you are providing backlinks and traffic to them.
