Is it legal to open Crypto Payment Gateway in US as LLC owned by Foreigner? What is the requirement?

Hi, I've already setup an LLC in Wyoming using firstbase. We are building Crypto Payment Gateway (nusagate.com). Is it legal to open it in US? I found that an LLC could open crypto account in Exchange and own it. But not found the legal basis for the crypto payment gateway.
