Is it still possible to use Adwords to advertise a "Coming Soon" landing page?

Title says it all. Saw others including Danny Postma in July 2020 do this to validate project ideas so I decided to test it out.

Recently tried this with a new project of mine. Bing Ads banned me and Google didn't allow the ad because "Not enough original content"; in the Google message, it said "Coming Soon" landing pages weren't allowed.

Anyone have any tips or advice on how to get around this? Would love to be able to use paid search because the audience I'm targeting to test this and other ideas will be there.
