Is it time to abandon my project?
Feeling like abandoning findrailswork.com
I launched ~3 months ago and have had a few signups, but no users have gone through with creating a job, let alone paying for one. Though I could put more effort into marketing, I'm not sure if I should.

But honestly, you didn't put significant effort into it.
The UI is very poor, no search functionality, very few positions at all. What did you expect about it?
So, as usual, put it down or double down. (If you decide to double down, don't do any marketing, improve the product itself first.)

I see your point! To be honest I was hoping for any kind of traction before pouring more time into it. I get that search functionality is a must - what else would you improve about the UI?

See the difference? I don't want to tell you that your board is bad but it just requires more work: design, layout, job details, easy read etc.
