Is it time to pivot or double down on cold outreach?

Hey everyone 👋

First time founder here... I launched ThumbsUp about 1.5 weeks ago. Since then, I've sent out about ~300+ emails (with follow-ups scheduled) and launched on PH (33 upvotes) and IH.

Total results:

• Two users
• Zero paid customers
• 368 visitors, 640 page views
• one cold outreach lead (didn't convert)

I'm starting to feel like I'm stalling waiting for email replies. Should I pivot or double down on more outreach? YC's video on cold email suggests that cold outreach is just a numbers game.
