Is it too minimalistic?

I was thinkinkg about my home page design and if there is a way I could improve it to make it look nicer. Right now I am not sure if this is too minimalistic or not. But for me personally it feels little bit bland.
Do you think I should add some nice illustrations or graphical elements to the header? Most websites that have list type of content I found usually do not have any header section and show the list immediately. So not sure - maybe I should get rid of the header section at all?
What do you think?

Just one feedback, the email subscription field and supporting text are super small.

I like clean and simple sites. But 2 columns feels maybe a bit small?

would be cool to see a timelapse of how these pages were designed using internet archive wayback machine but that may be a completely different product lol
Thanks, @akinhwan! I am planning on adding color copying functionality. Regarding timelapse for previous versions of design I think this is amazing idea, I will think about this!
