Is it worth building?

This is my first time posting here, so I'm building an email marketing saas that allows one to send an unlimited email, get unlimited subscribers, and an unlimited list too. With so many email marketing solutions out there like Mailchimp and others, do you think building mine is worth it?
I second the uniqueness - a differentiator is a must in a crowded market. What problem do current users of other email services have that your solution is solving for them?
Thank you for your response, so basically the software is focused on large-scale email marketing. It can send unlimited email to your subscribers, you can build an unlimited email list with it, you can upload an unlimited email list form CSV file. And all these are enjoyed without any restriction.
I know how expensive it is to send an unlimited email on other software out there, so I'm trying to see how I can solve that without you breaking the bank.
So then the differentiator is mainly price, which can be a good advantage in the email market but the apparatus to send bulk emails can be expensive, and the rules and compliance to avoid spam lists is not the easiest, so I’d say make sure you have a very good idea of costs at scale so you don't end up bleeding money the more people you sign up.
Have you seen https://mailcoach.app/ from Laravel experts Spatie?
I guess it's similar to what you'd be offering, only you'd be using your own AWS/Mailgun... account and keeping the cost to the end user low.
How about something like Mailcoach, but as a SaaS with a modest monthly price. Allow volume users to plug in their own AWS/Mailgun/Sendgrid... API keys and effectively just rent the interface and low-friction setup from you. Then you wouldn't be responsible for email delivery either :)
Yeah, it's kinda very similar, but mine would be for b2c. is mailcoal for b2b?
Why would consumers want to send unlimited emails to unlimited people? That feels much more b2b than b2c.

It's for anyone who wants a mail builder/tracking interface that sends mails with AWS/Postmark under the hood. I'd imagine most of the customers are IndieHacker-ish.
By the sound of it, looks like your main customers would be professional pill-pushers and other scam/spam fine members of society that need to send millions daily. I don't say that is your intention to serve them, I'm saying how it looks when you say everything unlimited. You might reword your offer.

Competing on price against well-established incumbents is very, very difficult. Been there before... did not work out well in my favor.
There is a reason providers charge what they do.
Email isn't cheap or easy. Especially when handling others.
Do you have some sort of tech that allows you to offer this?
