Is it worth sharing your engineering/technical/coding progress?

My background is very technical, so for me, it's naturally interesting to read "building in public" content related to tech, but I'm not sure if this is a thing of common interest.

The thing is that at this stage of my project (I'm mostly focused on coding) I don't have anything to share other than the technical progress of my project.

I'd love to hear if any of you guys are sharing this kind of content.

Where are you publishing?
How in-depth do you dive into your engineering process?
Have you been able to generate some sort of interaction by doing so?
