Is Lehata landing page style good looking?

https://lehata.com/

What do you think about my landing page?

The product is still in development but we hope to make a small demo soon and launch it somewhere this year. Later we will replace landing page with our webapp but it will be in similar style so any advice on style will be helpful.

Hey Pawel, I've left a detailed feedback for your website. You can check it out on this link -> https://app.ruttl.com/share/al94aNVKrJOfiUYYrvFq?page=5ANP4Q93zNO16IWifdb5

Hello Harsh, that's some good points.
We are going to make a release soon. The landing page won't be precisely the same.
The title part with a picture in the background will be replaced by the actual product but a lot of things below will go to the MVP version.

So we are going to make some improvements in these sections based on your feedback.

        That's great, all the best!

I think the style is nice, and I like your branding (logo). It is probably just the English that needs work. Did you write the page in English yourself or is it translated from another language (and please, I mean no disrespect at all).

We wrote it in English first but for the final product, we will also translate it into Polish. If there are parts of text that should be improved you can give me know.

Probably most of our clients will be Polish, but from day one we want the final website to work in both Polish and English.

Instead of "How far are groceries?" perhaps "How close is the grocery store?"
Instead of "Any schools in area?" perhaps "Which schools are in the area?"
Regarding "Rent or mortgage often takes much more than half the income." Is that statistic half the household's income?
Regarding "Nearby there are well-communicated suburbs towns where you can afford to live." I'm not sure if well-communicated is the right word. Perhaps "Find affordable suburbs and towns well-serviced by public transport"
Regarding: "Lehata is a platform to find a perfect home for you. It helps to find a perfect property and manage billings. No more hidden costs, Lehata takes care that sells or rental offers are transparent." - What does "manage billings" mean? The last sentence I think should be "...takes care that sales or rental offers are..."
Regarding "Show which parts of city match your living criteria." I think it maybe should be "Show which parts of the city match your living criteria."
Regarding "Pay your bills directly by the Lehata. Living expenses may be settled by the platform." I think it should be "Pay your bills directly via Lehata." I'm not sure what the second sentance means. Does it mean that lehata will take care of water, gas electricity and internet bills...?
Regarding "Every sale or renting offer is transparent. You should know all necessary details about the potential transaction." try "Every sale or rental offer is transparent. You should know all of the necessary details about the potential transaction."

I hope this helps a little! Best of luck :)

Thank you, that's a lot more than I thought. I will fix it soon.

Regarding bills and payments: yes, we are working on a platform allowing you to pay all the bills.
In Poland usually, utility bills (like electricity, water etc.) are not signed over to the tenant, so the landlord collects money and then he pays himself. We want to automate this part.
