Is my idea for a SaaS legal?
The idea I'm talking about is to scrap contents from some closed facebook groups, reorganize them, and republish them on a website.
In the groups isn't published some creative contributions that I'm stealing, but they are used as a sort of inefficient marketplace. The groups are closed for limiting the spam posted, I guess.
In my website I would make this contents more accessible and leave links to the facebook profile of the original posters for allowing the two parts to finish the transaction.
Is this republishing of content from closed groups legal?
(ok, legislation depends on countries (I'm based in Italy); so, do you think this is at least ethical (I should do no harm, but still, no explicit consent from the authors))
I would work with one of the communities directly if they want it in a website.
How about asking the closed communities what they think about the idea of creating a marketplace for what they are doing?

If fails no one will care.... If works you can get some legal problems since not all websites gives permission to use their content...
I don't think Facebook terms would allow for it, but it's just a guess. You should read them and make sure it is if you don't want your hard work to vanish later...
Ethically if I am an author of a comment/post in a closed group I wound not want you to publish it anywhere else.
what do Facebook's terms of service say about this?
