Is my landing page clear enough?

Hey indiehackers!

Lately I am promoting our landing page to recruit coaches and students but my conversion rates are very low. This is our landing page https://troosh.app/

My primary concerns are:

  1. Do people understand the idea, what we are trying to solve and what our app actually does?
  2. Are the benefits for coaches and students clear?
  3. Do people expect more interactivity or to see more info?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    1. What I understand from the landing page is: Troosh is a SaaS that connects people that want to learn certain skills with people here to teach about these skills. But I'd say the idea is a bit vague, what kind of skills can people develop here?

    2. I feel the benefits part could be a bit clearer as well, maybe with illustrative examples (group projects? awards?). Also, will the mentors be using their own platforms to teach or will they have to use Troosh? Cause their first benefit, "get the necessary tools" make me believe they will get something to improve their own platform, otherwise it is not really a benefit, but something I'm expecting from a mentoring platform.

    3. That might not be needed, but you could add a FAQ section, a About section, and a Contact section. And overall, I like the simplicity of the page but I'd like to see more illustration of how the app works.

You're on the right track, good luck!

Thanks a ton that was very informative!

One idea I had in mind is to do a big redesign with more videos, images explaining each feature. This way people can actually see the benefits. So now that you also mention it I think it's safe to assume it's a good idea.
