Is my landing page confusing you? 🤔

Idea is semi-clear. I'd make it much more simple in the header:

"Build credit without a credit card"
"Pluto was made for students building credit without the stress of big debt"

Flattened text looks very ugly. Just make it normal text.

You have too many colors too. Restrict yourself to 2-3.

Get rid of the "person 1 vs person 2" section since it might confuse ppl that can win a car with your service + the image of the car makes it look like an early 2000s website.

Make the title for the credit card vs your card comparison more obvious. Title the top of the credit card section with "credit card" and the top of your card with "pluto card"

I think your product has enormous potential btw, and I'm a university student myself just like you. Do you have a twitter? Would love to connect and keep track of where this goes.

And I agree with you on the regulations for fintech in another post. Did you look into those before your started building? Thought of extending my own project Evoke into crypto, and got scared of all the regulations, so def do your research.

I get the overall idea but I can't help much on that point as I'm far from your target (not a student, not in US).

However, some feedback points:

• there's too much going on in the page. I think you should trim/remove whatever doesn't add value (like that liquid metal thing)
• use more readable fonts for titles
• logo looks oddly similar to the one of Plausible, but I guess most students wouldn't notice that
• you definitely need to convey trust with financial products. I think you know that since you added a "TRUSTED BY STUDENTS AT [top universities]" However my sense is that this backfires unless you can prove it. And the fact that you only currently have a waitlist makes me think there's no way students use in in all those unies... Doesn't seem legit.
• beginning of the page: "Pluto is not a credit card. " Later in the FAQ: "Pluto is a student credit card"...

Image background is looking a bit jagged to me, maybe it's not meant for retina displays? The spacing of the text in the hero feels off on desktop width (it's too close to the left margin). I think "and teaches you about money" should be removed, it doesn't really add anything and sounds kind of...inane.

hello, the liquid background behind the phone is weird, you should change the image. Some images look like they are not in the right format.
