Is My MVP too Minimal?
Launch nerves are getting the best of me.
Will my Beta users hate my product before it's even fully released?
My mini startup (Spread - https://www.spreadtech.online/) is a content repurposing tool that turns youtube videos into podcasts, podcasts into blogs, and blogs into social media posts.
The grand scheme of this product will be so that users can input one piece of content, e.g Youtube video, and come out with 10 more pieces of content that are generated greatly by automation/AI. E.g blog post, podcast, Instagram videos, Twitter thread, IGTV post, etc.... all from one Youtube video with minimal user input.
However, for the MVP it is more of a manual input and export process. That only allows for simple repurposing such as a transcript (blog post) being generated from a Youtube video or podcast.
This obviously isn't exactly automated and has no AI functionality. (YET).

I have huge launch nerves as I will be launching in early July...
I feel there is a market for that, and your pre-signups shows that too.
To be honest, your design is lacking quality. I love minimalistic design, but yours didn't got it there yet, it's kinda convoluted. I would create a better copy that summarises the value you deliver and make the design more example oriented.
You are in full validating mode now and you are absolutely right to be launching without having a proper working service. Keep improving step by step based on demand and you will soon get to where the product need to be to really bring value to your user.

Mainly your homepage. The app itself looks simple, but that's good when starting.
Your landing-page has to be really good and convincing, it's your main marketing piece.

I don't really get your point of departure here. Who specifically are your beta users? Do you already have a lot of pre-order signups through the page linked at spreadtech.online? Obviously, your signup-page does not match your Figma design, if that's what you're asking, and without a launched product I can't tell.
Honestly, your Figma design doesn't give me a whole lot to work with. It's basically a couple of buttons and inputs with some loading indicators in the middle.
About the product. To my knowledge, there are already a couple good transcription services out there with working AI integrations. So, if you want to focus on that part, you gotta bring competitive tech/ux/results.
Otherwise, if you want to provide a product that is full-on geared towards content re-purposing, you might have less competition, but it might be harder to provide a meaningful product. Simply transcribing a video into a blog post doesn't give you a seo-friendly blog post - content isn't necessarily separable from the medium. Look at successful people on each platform - a good Twitter thread isn't just a blog post cut up into tweets. Also, people who can cut a YouTube-Video might already be able to easily re-purpose the sound track for a podcast without another paid tool.
If I'm getting this wrong and you've already got beta users eagerly awaiting a product, I'm happy for you. Talk to those people an validate your product further to have it fit their needs.

I have 294 pre sign ups fo this product.
It is a content repurposing tool (not a transcription tool), and I get that the end results of each repurpose won't be perfect right now, but I believe they will be near perect with some more development.
I meant what is said on my signup page match what is shown in the Figma design.

I do see it, but tbh the landing page isn't that convincing - don't get me wrong, just being frank. How'd you get people on your site / sign-up?
The traffic is 89% from IndieHackers, and about 10% from Twitter, and 1% misc...
I got them to sign up for the product, not the landingpage. Yeah I know it looks hella ugly, but all that matters is that people are signing up.
I reckon I could have had more signups with a nicer looking landingpage, but it's still working.

What did you use for the landing page? I've recently been looking at landing pages from MailChimp, MailerLite etc. The give you decent templates and are already connected to newsletters. Maybe this could be an option for you as well?

Can do better by redesign. The design(layout, colors) feels like a fake spam site.
