What you might want to go for are testimonials videos or customer success story videos that will provide social proof of your skill, establish your credibility and authority and will additionally raise awareness about your brand.

I think that your offering is clear but there is a lot of text on the page. Try to make your copy more concise and skimmable. I would also suggest moving the frequently asked questions to the bottom of the page as it is a bit clunky right in the middle.
Do people call job postings "Recruitment Ads"? I haven't heard of it, maybe they do. Either way I would suggest some keyword research around this.

When I ran a professional services firm in Shanghai, we called them "job descriptions" but my US based co-mentoring / entrepreneur group, with founders who hire, call them "recruitment ads". I will have to do some more research and/or use the terms more interchangeably.
