I think that your offering is clear but there is a lot of text on the page. Try to make your copy more concise and skimmable. I would also suggest moving the frequently asked questions to the bottom of the page as it is a bit clunky right in the middle.
Do people call job postings "Recruitment Ads"? I haven't heard of it, maybe they do. Either way I would suggest some keyword research around this.

When I ran a professional services firm in Shanghai, we called them "job descriptions" but my US based co-mentoring / entrepreneur group, with founders who hire, call them "recruitment ads". I will have to do some more research and/or use the terms more interchangeably.
