Is our messaging okay?

So we built OHNO.ai a few months back, and we have had about 150 users run through the product so far, and it's helped us refine our messaging a bit more. The more people I spoke with, the more I learned what problems mattered, what ones didn't and which ones to focus on.

    Hi Brad:

    1. Do you know what this thing does?
I think so - it's a product for sense-checking efficiency for teams. reminded me a bit of culture amp?

    2. Do you know how this might help you (Let's pretend you can see it in your workplace)
Yes, but it would require a good amount of buy-in and I think especially when things are moving and growing at such a pace, I'd worry we'd waste valuable emotional capital in investing in a framework that we might abandon later. That probably tells you it would be super helpful, but the challenge is therefore not in convincing us the framework works, it's convincing us we have the capability to use it and commit to using it.

    3. If you had to describe it to someone in 1 sentence, what would you say?
A background monitor of your business processes that empowers your team to reflect on overall processes through light touch, regular sense-checking questions

    1. No, my best guess is it's some sort of a consulting agency.
    2. I guess it will help me find things that are most important to work on? But I wonder why or how I wouldn't know this already...
    3. No idea...

When I run your site using Google Pagespeed Insights it gets a score 3/100.

I would first fix that issue. The pages load very slowly, pricing page doesn't load at all.

    1. Seems to get feedback from employees once a week.
    2. I can see it being useful but you would really need someone to champion it in a company
    3. Using weekly feedback from employees to stay on mission.

It looks to me like software that team members use to diagnose what's keeping them from more effectively reaching their goals.

Bingo :) Although any team can use it. We have a few restaurants that use it currently. Anyone in a team who has goals. But the 'bugs' tag line will probably resonate more with those working in tech.
