Hey Indie Hackers,
We just put up the initial landing page for our new project: Uvilox AI.
Before we actively start driving traffic and launching outbound campaigns, we want to make sure our messaging actually hits the mark. When you look at the hero section, is it immediately obvious what value we are bringing to the table?
A few things we’d love your brutal honesty on:
Does the branding feel premium and trustworthy for an AI tool?
Is the call-to-action clear, or does it feel confusing?
What is the #1 thing holding you back from signing up based on what you see?
Drop your links below too—happy to swap feedback and look at your landing pages in return!
"Hey team, looking at the site
To give you honest feedback from a conversion design perspective: your technical value prop is there, but a cold visitor needs to understand exactly what you do within 3 seconds of landing, or they bounce
The design looks polished and credible, but I think the messaging could be sharper.
My biggest question after reading the hero is: who is this primarily for? I understand what the technology does, but it's less clear whether you're targeting deaf individuals, healthcare providers, emergency responders, or businesses.
I'd also consider leading more with the outcome than the technology itself. "AI That Speaks Sign Language" is interesting, but benefits like removing communication barriers during emergencies or enabling instant assistance feel more compelling.
Before driving significant traffic, I'd focus on making the target user and value proposition unmistakably clear within the first few seconds of landing on the page.
If you're collecting feedback before outbound, I'd be curious to see the signup numbers and user journey as well. Sometimes the biggest conversion opportunities aren't in the design itself but in how the value is being communicated throughout the funnel.
