    Hey Ahmed 👋

IMO, the difference is mostly in the mindset.

Traditional entrepreneurs trying to build a startup are more likely to raise funds with BAs or VCs, and expect very high growth rate for their products.
They also hire accordingly to fill the gaps on their skills and leverage the company.

Indiehackers are by definition indie, thus not really into looking for high growth, raising funds and trying to become market leader/unicorn. They often look for ramen profitablity (= paying bills and covering their lifestyle) and high efficiency through niche market, high ROI products and time management. They work alone and try to do as much as possible that way.

Apart from that, both are entrepreneurs and building startup in the economical sense 😊
