Is there a Distribution Channel as a Service app?
Hey Guys,
I've been working on Scramble, a platform for connecting people who want to work out and play sports together. One of my major challenges has been finding the right distribution channel online. Places like Hacker News, Product Hunt and Indie Hackers seem to be great for SaaS apps and tech products. I can't seem to find an equivalent for Scramble. Does anyone know of a service where I can provide the details and core functionalities of my app and it generates a list of fitting distribution channels? Could this perhaps be a viable idea for a project if there isn't an existing one?
Hi Elijah, while there's no distribution channel as a service app yet, the closest thing I've found to it would be the Traction book. https://medium.com/@yegg/the-19-channels-you-can-use-to-get-traction-93c762d19339. At the end of the day it's a lot of experimentation until you can find that one channel that you can double down on
This looks like a great resource! Thanks for sharing this!!!
Reddit may be a relatively suitable place. You can choose a right subReddit to post your app.
Hey @wcshinestar
We've had very little luck on reddit. Either our posts get deleted or get even got banned.
What was the strategy that worked for you?
Thanks!
