Is there a list of where to promote open source and/or trading solutions?

Hi Everyone!
I build an Open Source framework to allow individuals to build their own crypto trading bot but I'm struggling to find where to speak about it. In France, it worked quite well with websites like linuxfr.org but I don't see where to do that worldwide (I also tried linkedin). Is there a website listing forums, groups, mailing list for open source projects, or any other specific topic?
I plan to also write articles but I have no idea where to post
