Is there a market for my product?

I came up with an idea of a saas that helps saas founders easily implement a referral program to increase their user growth through word of mouth marketing. After a few weeks of coding I have a beta version ready and I'm wondering whether there is a market for my type of product? https://refmonkey.com

You have to evaluate two things :

    • First try to find customers and ask them a lot of questions to discover the real pain points of your customers. This is the goal of your landing page.

    • Secondly, you have to evaluate your market using competition landscape. this is really interesting to understand your competitors and find your secret sauce.
Don't hesitate if you have any questions :)

    Love this idea @Mundia

I was a user of Viral Loops and Referral Candy. Keen to see your product thrive. Would be awesome to exchange opinions. Are you on Twitter?

I'm thinking if your product can be useful for email subscribers referral as well? I'm running this side project that might need certain features.

I am not a pro but I think a little explainer video (<1min duration) will help to understand what your product exactly does. I take a look at the home page and could not figure it out.
I am one of the founder of a software developement studio and I am having a problem with getting video reviews of my clients. They want to help me and send their review. They are happy with us but they are usually either too busy or something is stopping them from making video reviews. Can your startup solve that problem?

In your FAQ, points 2 and 3 contain misleading information. How deeply did you research other products that already do this?

Have a look at these, for starters (there are dozens of others):

    https://www.referralcandy.com
    https://affiliatewp.com

All have accessible pricing. None charge "$300 to $800+ per month", and none are "bloated with unneeded features to justify pricing"

All are simple to implement. They are not "too complex for founders and non-marketers".

That said, you could just say you're building a cheaper version, and that's fine. But no need to mischaracterize the competition.

Thankyou for the feedback, I have corrected the errors as well as updated the headline to say exactly what the website does 😁🙌🏾

I like the theme on the website but I really confused what problem are you solving? You mention "word of mouth" which is fine but your "how it works" needs reviewing, the details are not to the point. There are also grammar errors as well.

    I hope this helps.
