Is there a marketplace platform for online teaching?

Is there a platform (like Sharetribe for example), that enables online meetings between sellers and buyers, for example for teaching purposes? Sharetribe does not enable this kind of communication because it doesn't consider time zone differences.
So I am wandering if there is a similar platform that also enables creating websites (like verbling, preply and other platforms) for live teaching.
