I was wondering where the best place is to look for acquiring small existing newsletters? Some kind of MicroAquire-like marketplace?

As a follow-up question: How to valuate newsletters based on niche/subscribers/previous sponsorship deals/etc.? Has anyone a few numbers about interesting pas acquisitions?
